First, if there is a bike path, why do bikers use the road and if they do choose to use the road, why don't they obey the traffic lights?
Second, if the speed limit is 15 shouldn't you be able to go over a speed bump at 15 and if you have to come to a complete stop to go over the speed limit, why don't they just put in a stop sign?

Hey Sarah,
I know why the bikers ride on the road instead of the bikepath. It is because when people are pulling out of their driveways they usually do not stop at the bike path they continue to the end of their drive. So this increases the drivers chance of getting hit.
