Pictures

The last two posts were in a shady I.T. center so I did not update pictures. I will put some in that correspond with the last few days. I am not going to post pictures of the children out of respect to their future adoptive parents. I can assure you they were all amazingly beautiful and I am so honored to find families for them (with my astounding team of international staff of course!)
So here we go...
"street" entrance to our "villa" similar to the Hutong style of Beijing
The entrance to our "viila" standing in the courtyard (it had roses)
Our "sitting room" aka Castle room where tea was brought to us by our personal maid who lived in a room off to the side of this room. Yes, you heard me right our own personal maid.
Our television that we did not watch. Each of the 3 bedrooms had one to.
Such a waste on someone like me : )
fountain at the Spring Retreat Center where we stayed
Lanterns hang above the street/walk way
The rose garden and the lovely octopus woman sort of thing...
CCAA Director Lu and I have our first (of many toasts) That man loves to toast!
Our dinner table (we ate three meals here with the same group, lots of food, lots of fun!)
The Chinese do not eat a meal. They gather around a table, talk, toast, laugh and eat if something spins by them that looks good. It is a wonderful experience.
